Ocean and Bay Water Monitoring

The
Ocean Water Protection Program is run by the Health Care Agency of the County of Orange.
Recreational waters at Orange County's beaches and bays are regularly monitored for bacteria
and advisories are posted when conditions pose a potential health risk. In addition, waters
are closed to all swimming and diving when sewage spills occur.
