objectives of the WCRD are to develop regional management strategies
which can be implemented to preserve, protect and enhance coastal
and urban watershed resources including improved water quality,
control of urban runoff, reduction of sedimentation and erosion,
flood protection, habitat and species protection and public
recreation and education. |
